Maintenance Issues

For all maintenance issues please login to your studetn portal and log any issues under ‘Maintenance’. Failure to report maintenance issues in a timely manner ould result in charges for the residents of the house.  Once a maintenance issue is logged our maintenance team will respond within 24 hours,  Furthermore a full team of contractors (plumbers, electricians, general maintenance etc) are available to ensure the job gets done in a professional and timely manner.
